“Masis Brewery is a small brewery in Espoo, whose diverse product range includes Gin-flavored beer Zinzö Zein. Ginger is a challenging ingredient to work with by hand, and by chance there was talk of making ginger juicy with Meritalo. Juicing was started immediately for the next batch of beer. The end result was a positive surprise, as the ginger went through juicing surprisingly efficiently. Adding ginger as juice to the beer was also really easy. The brewery saved a lot of time and effort when the ginger didn’t need to be chopped by hand. Meritalo’s services have also been used for Zinzö Zein’s next batches, as the quality, speed and price of the service have been appropriate. ”
