Cloudberry is one of the most sought-after wild berries. Meritalo’s jam is made from Lapland’s cloudberries and it puts the finishing touches to; for example, ice cream, cheese, and toast. Cloudberry jam can also be used in cakes and pastries.
Ingredients: Finnish cloudberry, sugar, water, pectin, citric acid, potassium sorbate, and sodium benzoate. Berry content is 40 % and the total sugar content is 38g/ 100g.
